Jeffrey Lee, DM
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey Lee holds a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Environmental Management and Social Sustainability from Colorado Technical University and is a distinguished leader in environmental consulting. With a career spanning environmental impact analysis, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and pollution prevention planning, Jeffrey has become a trusted advisor for companies seeking to reduce their carbon footprint and adhere to environmental regulations.

Jeffrey's expertise includes:

In addition to serving as GHI’s CEO, Jeffrey is currently the lead Environmental Consultant at Power Resource Group, where his responsibilities include facility inspections, environmental reporting, and mitigation planning. His previous roles include Storm Water Permit and Inspection Specialist for the City of Abilene, where he ensured compliance with EPA and TCEQ permits.

Jeffrey’s international experience includes environmental and humanitarian projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Egypt, Sudan, India, and Nicaragua. He is also academically accomplished, holding a BBS in Communication and an MS in Environmental Management from Hardin-Simmons University. He has completed additional coursework in international agriculture at Tarleton State University, expanding his expertise in agronomy, animal science, and global agricultural markets.
Veton Kodra, MBA
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Veton Kodra is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience across European and GCC markets. A business consultant, curriculum developer, and expert recruiter, Veton has held senior roles in industries ranging from telecommunications and procurement to education and international consultancy.

Currently, Veton leads operations as the COO of GHI and serves as Political Advisor to the Czech Ambassador in North Macedonia. He also drives innovation as Head of Curriculum and Product Development at iLead Swiss, crafting cutting-edge educational programs. His entrepreneurial ventures include managing business development at Votex Company and consulting for African Egyptian Consulting Group in European and Balkan markets.

Veton holds a BA in English Language, a BA in History, and an MBA in Political Marketing from the Cosmopolitan Institute of Education in Prague, Czech Republic.
